How many hours do I need?
It depends on the size of your property, how many rooms and how much is in them, plus the quality and depth of cleaning that you require. Ultimately the choice is yours, and you may want fewer or more hours and then prioritize the rooms and jobs to be completed.
We always advise to get more hours for a first, deep clean so then we can just main the standard
How will I pay?
Standing order for a regular cleaning services and full payments in advance for one off cleaning job. The slot is not secured untill full payment recived
Do I need to provide supplies or equipment for my scheduled cleaning service?
Yes if its regular cleaning of your property. (We may supply cleaning product for additional charge)
If it’s one off services you do not need to worry about cleaning supplies and equipment. Our cleaners will bring all that is required to complete the job correctly.
What should I do about my alarm system on home cleaning day?
You should inform your cleaning service provider about your alarm system before they arrive so that they can take appropriate measures.
Do you hold keys to the property?
Yes we can hold keys to your property it you are not going to be in. Key collection from third parties is for additional change.
Do I pay for car park?
No, if its regular clean.
Yes, if its one off clean.
